The festival will take place in the month of May and will showcase the best of New Zealand and International Comedy. The International Comedy Festival is a highlight on the entertainment NZ calendar and Lookout look forward to assisting patrons in discovering and encouraging their participation in the festival. Its broad mainstream appeal has been demonstrated by consistently high audience attendances since it’s inception in 1994. Held simultaneously over three weeks in Auckland and Wellington, the Festival then takes to the road with the Crunchie Comedy Convoy, touring to regional cities across New Zealand.
